We’re supporting a global leading training organisation in hiring a Training Operations Coordinator to join their Glasgow team.

This is a newly created role with real scope to shape how training operations run. Working closely with multiple training centres, you’ll ensure every course, delegate and trainer is fully prepared for a smooth and successful training experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating course bookings and managing the full delegate journey

  • Responding to inbound training enquiries and supporting delegates with course information

  • Scheduling and confirming training sessions with centres, trainers and clients

  • Maintaining accurate training and bookings records across internal systems

  • Preparing and issuing training materials, course packs, certificates and documentation

  • Ensuring all pre-course and post-course administration is completed on time

  • Collaborating with internal teams to support the wider training operations

  • Working independently while based remotely from the wider team

About you:

  • Experience in training coordination, bookings, administration or a similar operational role

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable liaising with delegates, trainers and clients

  • Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously

  • Competent with MS Office and adaptable to new systems and processes
